1. Responsibility and scope
Thiago Piza is responsible for the editorial operation of ThiagoPiza-DeFi. This policy describes the features in this version of the website. It does not cover projects reached through external links.
2. Preferences and favorites
Your browser may store your selected language and favorite project identifiers locally to remember your choices on later visits in the same browser. The directory code does not send these preferences to the server or Coinbase. They do not synchronize between devices.
3. Access and infrastructure
Delivering pages sends technical information, such as IP address, time and browser information, to the hosting provider. It may retain operational and security logs according to the operator’s settings and the provider’s policies. Log retention depends on the hosting configuration and applicable obligations; specific information can be requested through the contact email below. This version has no registration, forms, wallet connection, audience analytics or integrated advertising network.
4. Price requests
On the home page, your browser connects directly to Coinbase’s API for prices. The provider receives your IP and technical connection information and may process it in other countries under its policy. Requests do not send favorites, private keys, credentials or the originating page address. Rates and fetch times are kept only in page memory and disappear when it closes. Legal pages do not query the API.
5. Purposes and limits
Local preferences support the visitor’s language and favorite selections; external requests provide prices; infrastructure data supports access and security. Information about hosting logs, retention and the applicable grounds for processing can be requested from the operator through the email below. Browsing alone is not treated as consent for advertising or audience analytics.
6. Retention and control
Language and favorites remain on your device until changed, site data is cleared or the browser removes them. Clearing site data in browser privacy settings removes saved choices. Blocking storage may prevent these choices from being remembered. Information controlled by the host or Coinbase follows their respective retention rules and obligations.
7. Your rights
Where applicable, Brazil’s LGPD provides rights to confirmation and access, correction, sharing information, portability under applicable regulation, objection, and anonymization, blocking or erasure in the circumstances provided by law. Consent, where used, may be withdrawn. You may also petition ANPD. Requests may require proportionate identification; never send wallet keys.
8. Contact
When you email us, you provide your email address and message contents so we can handle your request. Delivery uses your email provider and the service hosting our contact mailbox, subject to their respective providers’ policies. Send only necessary information; never send passwords, private keys or recovery phrases.
